Well ok I have no problem with your comments everyone is entitled to there personal opinion as long as you explain them rather than a quick statement about recommending or not. Like I said I see it differently and no I have nothing to do with management. As for loosing aircraft or not I have no idea about that and if so don't have all the facts to make and accurate statement as to the reason why. One thing for sure is I wont jump to easy conclusions as there can be so many reasons as I don't do for other companies out there loosing/gaining aircraft. Sure things can be improved but then again they can be everywhere but these are things you should deal with with company and your supervisor instead of bringing them forward on a bulletin board. If you are unhappy about things or would like to see changes stand up and do something about it or take responsibility yourself! There is an approved OM like in all commercial companies so if things (duty time, rosters etc) are happening that shouldn't be why are you accepting it as a professional pilot.
If JAG are loosing aircraft for whichever reason I'm sure they will be doing everything to sort it out nobody intentionally wants to loose clients/money
