He was not promoted to a London position, he was promoted as CEO and President of NTA, the "airline" based in Portugal; quite not the same.....

I have read this thread with great interest. Yes, I too believe that gradually things will improve for the pilots and ops staff. However, what about the F/A's? They are now faced with a new manager who seems to be picking up where the illustrious leader left off!! She likes to "encourage" with a big stick rather than a carrot from what I have been told! := :*
