Bookajet International

Has anyone heard of Bookajet International? All the usual searches come up with just two references in newspapers about Davis Beckham and an HS125.

They are operating out of the old Chauffair Hangar with two (?) of the Chauffair HS125's but under another operators AOC. I'm not sure of the exact deal they did with the bank. One HS125 was registered G-?JAA. Sorry unable to be more exact.

Previously known as Ourjet. I believe they also have a Citation. Just starting up at EGLF. Try bookajet.com.

Spangly,

Many thanks, a quick cross reference and they appeared to be the same companies.

Last I heard, Bookajet was a completely new, well funded organisation that is using some of the Chauffair assets (3 x 125, 1 x C560) - and I believe that they will be trying to put more aircraft on line.

They've got a good Chief Pilot (Peter Quigley), and seem to be hiring the right number (and quality) of staff.

David Beckham seems to have got them into the public eye - but I'm sure it's not a freebie...

No - I don't work for them!!!!

Ourjet of Farnborough has just become Bookajet due to (get this...) bad vibes about the name Ourjet....

Why then choose SUCH a dreadful name as Bookajet its so bad I can hardly believe anyone can trade under so stupid a name.
To think all this comes on the heels of a great company as Chuffair............

Devil Bookajet

Ourjet are now known as Bookajet. I have to totally disagree with 727 exec...........
you don't work for them??!! HMMMM yeah right!!

They certainly do not have the right amount of people or 'quality' working for them! As all the good guys are slipping away!

They pay peanuts so have a load of monkeys!

I give them 12 months as they have GIVEN the Beckhams a free ride........DOH!!!

They are the most unproffessional company in the private sector

Hope this helps!!

Oh dear.......

Seems that Supaflybaby has got out of bed on the wrong side...certainly has managed to get some facts wrong.

I do not and have never worked for Ourjet/Bookajet. Anybody who really knows me will confirm that my usual seat has three engines attached to it...nothing like that in the 'C' shed at EGLF.

I'm slightly confused about 'having given 12 months' - I hadn't realised that Ourjet had been going that long. Certainly the majority of people have arrived in the last few months - and the Bookajet name is still new.

I agree with my friend about the sack of potatoes. This maybe a rumour network - but please, Supaflybaby, have the decency to admit that you might have got some things wrong.

I never heard anything from them. I was asked personally be the Chief Pilot to send in a CV. I guess the great people in ops must have used my CV as a paperball playing basketball with the nearest bin!

Guys - we should give Bookajet a chance. They have lots more free flights to give away - which is apparently what happened with posh and becks.

Anyway, they were originally going to trade under the name "calljet" but that lead to some problems with what to call the FA's....

Meanwhile the rest of us will try to earn an honest crust!

Chin chin
