I believe they have staff travel agreements with airlines... (Very unusual in the business aviation world....) Can anyone confirm?
Also they offer a significant bonus for guys joining with a type-rating.... Seems like a good deal.

Possibly with the Lufthansa Group only, just like Air Hamburg (now VistaJet Germany GmbH) had and probably still has.
