Does roster jobs still exist?

Hello,

Do 1month ON/OFF, 3 weeks ON/OFF or 15/15 still exist?

It seams more difficult to find this kind of rosters, they are maybe less visible.
Unless it is a foreign contracted company from a client, countries now have there local pilots and Russia's conflict doesn't help either.
I hear for Asia there are some good opportunities but for Africa not much. What about Europe and ME?
What are your thought/experience on that?
Thanks

Depends on the aircraft type and region in my opinion. I would say about 80% of the people I know in the bizjet industry work on a rotational contract.

Yes, they exists. Both on the smaller aircraft and larger aircraft segment, in various forms as you outline yourself. Some operators are trying to do homebased 1:2 rotations (such as 10 OFF / 20 ON duty rotations), but if the aircraft homebase is next to where you live, I suppose thatīs doable. China or Saudi ops with 2 month ON / 1 month OFF - yikes.. Iīd rather do something else.

For sure they exist, but the time "on" has got progressively longer, & the time "off" has got progressively shorter.........
