Hi all,

Anyone willing to share what kind of remuneration one can expect for a nominated postholder position.

I don’t want to be to cheap or undermine anybody.

Any info is appreciated!

It would greatly depend on the operation.

Post holder at a single king air gig is quite different to multiple large-cabin worldwide ops setup.

Did not post too much information since it could reveal too much about the operator.

< 5 aircraft on AOC. They own several more, but without CoA.
Operation Europe and North Africa.

A friend of mine had a good approach to it.
Be paid slightly more than the highest paid Captain on the fleet....There is Then no temptation to leave and restart flying
not realistic in all operations, however....
