Seems like 5A-UAD was stored at SXF and was returned to Libya around one year ago.
But I am not sure if it’s this AC that a new alleged AOC will utilize.

Anyone with more info?

Confirmed to be 5A-UAD.
Aircraft re-acquired to Libya in March 2019.

Mitsubishi took over the CRJ production line June 1st.
The deal was discloed last year:

Interestingly, this came after Bombardier accused Mitshubishi of theft and sued them 2 years ago.

In 2016, 5A-UAC and 5A-UAB were sitting at Luqa airport in Malta, but with different livery. I used to work on those too, much missed. I was surprised to see them! I don't know if they are still there...

They are gone, the Challenger 300 also!
Think the Challenger 300 is either in Geneva or Zurich held as collateral. I guess same goes for the Globals.

I thought the Globals was still parked in Malta, waiting for I would say a potential reconciliation between the opposing camps Libyan involved.
Luqa dated spotting from 2018 available with Goggle.
