Need an old forward fuselage..

Guys,

I need a biz jet forward fuselage, imagine chopping it off at the leading edge. Door and nose gear need to remain, interior and cockpit can be stripped. Anything will do up to Challenger size. Old C500 or smokey old 125 is fine. Preferably in U.K. or very near Europe. We can do the chopping if it’s currently complete. Anyone spotted anything on their travels?

Cheers!

Last time I was at Thurston (Bournemouth) there was a 125 and a Gulf 2(?) looking a “bit sad” on the ramp outside their hangar. don’t think they own them but may know who does.

There was also a 125 at the fire dump.

That was probably about 9 months ago or so

There's a Citation I gathering moss at Tatenhill (been there for a good few years) - G-BWFL. No idea about ownership status or any very optimistic plans to return it to the sky.

Jetstar at Kemble fuselage only. Might be a Citation also recovered from Doncaster.

HS125 reg M-DSML has been parked at Biggin for several years, can't see that flying again, you might make an offer, parked up in Simon Maceys old hangar.

Hi

Breaking a B200 next week and a few C550’s in the next few weeks. Tried to PM you but seems your box is full!

Cheers

Interesting coincidence: A G450 fuselage was just advertised on Craigslist yesterday here in Orlando. I doubt it's close enough for you though.

Why not something substantial like a Bristol Frightner nose.

Just for reference, here's a link to the G 450 fuselage found by Tinstaafl:

capngrog.

Well that's just brilliant. Advertised as a G450, It's a 125-800 or later. When people don't actually know what they are selling I kinda back away?

You are correct sir! I missed the characteristic HS dorsal intake and the low-mounted arch-topped entry (the Gulfsream's is more "squarish"). Sometimes a good buy can be had if the seller doesn't realize what they are selling; however, if they claim that something is a real "diamond-in-the-rough" (or real whatever) for example, when it's obviously ready for the ol' dust bin, it's time to turn away before laughing out loud.

Cheers,
Grog

That looks like a really cool operation. What a great place to work ... getting paid for messing about with complete aircraft and aircraft parts making movie sets.
Thanks for posting the link.

Cheers,
