WSJ is reporting that Bombardier has been in talks for several weeks to sell their business jet division to Textron. The move is driven by multi-year slumping industry demand for biz jets. Textron will be looking for big consolidation savings. If Textron has a facility in the UK then this will get killed or downsized.
