Shared ownership

Hi folks,
Does anyone have hands on knowledge of operating an entry level jet as shared ownership ? The CAA regs want a max of six owners, including the pilot, each to pay a share, only direct costs can be divided up, with annual costs being bourne by the pricipal owner.
Any info would be appreciated,
Thank you.

My understanding is its the same as a share of a small aircraft, the pilot is not an employed pilot and its more or less a syndicate
