At first glance this doesn't appear to be Skyferry. I looks like a Madagascar company called Sky Services who I guess have a PA31 in Iceland they want in Madagascar.

I think perhaps it was awarning to familiarise themselves with Mr Weaver and SkyFerry before approaching (or being approached by) him...
