Charter commission question

Can anyone shed some light on typical commission structures for the Charter-sales teams within Biz-jet operators? I'm looking for percentages, whether earned on gross or profit, if it starts from the first cent earned or if there is a monthly/annual threshold to be reached before commission applies etc etc. Any info gratefully received.

Feel free to PM me if you wish; thanks in advance.

7-10% on invoiced cost of charter to costumer. Brokers will charge for each individual charter, every time. When exclusive contract is signed between owner and a broker then perhaps other arrangements can be agreed on.
