FDR Challenger 601
Hi All,
does anyone know if a FDR is required for an EASA Challenger 601, a friend of mine is looking to purchase a 601-3A, he has found an aircraft in USA, it has a CVR but no FDR, I think he wants to put this on the Maltese register and an AOC.
