There is no such thing as a salary benchmark... PPJN gives you the most info. There are good bad and (very) ugly salaries out there...

€4500 750 hours on type

Productivity pay
€30 per landing year 1
€40 per landing year 2

Per diems were in accordance with the German law.

They are horrible low for lots of places - it is highly recommended to negotiate individual rate of 70EUR per day or more.

Other German operator with EMB505 pays about 6000EUR/month (gross) for CPT.

Dont accept too low rates - experienced 505 crew are kind of gold dust at the moment

I came from turboprop with 4000hrs and 2500PIC.
This was my background and the offer based on.

I did not accept the offer, cause they expected me to be 24/7 standby and be flexible with positioning on days OFF. Thanks but no thanks.

The good thing was, only 1 year bond!

those numbers sound low, even for a light jet.

I'm glad you turned those clowns down. If it's the company I think it is, then you have made a wise choice. They are well known across the industry in Germany to be breaking the law when it comes to their rostering practices. I wonder when the LBA will step in.... I won't be holding my breath, though.
