Information I received at an interview in April for a certain German Phenom 100 operator. More info send a P.M.
Base salary
€4000 0 hours on type
€4250 500 hours on type
€4500 750 hours on type
Productivity pay
€30 per landing year 1
€40 per landing year 2
€50 per landing year 3
€60 per landing year 4
Per diems were in accordance with the German law.

They are horrible low for lots of places - it is highly recommended to negotiate individual rate of 70EUR per day or more.
Other German operator with EMB505 pays about 6000EUR/month (gross) for CPT.
Dont accept too low rates - experienced 505 crew are kind of gold dust at the moment

I came from turboprop with 4000hrs and 2500PIC.
This was my background and the offer based on.
I did not accept the offer, cause they expected me to be 24/7 standby and be flexible with positioning on days OFF. Thanks but no thanks.
The good thing was, only 1 year bond!

I'm glad you turned those clowns down. If it's the company I think it is, then you have made a wise choice. They are well known across the industry in Germany to be breaking the law when it comes to their rostering practices. I wonder when the LBA will step in.... I won't be holding my breath, though.

And this operator is Austrian (not knowhow for the best salary level) and is bases om 14 payments per year in other words €81480 per year or €6790 per month. On the other side i seem to remember that per diems are €35 per day
