Changing Aircraft AOC

Hi,

I have a question, how difficult would it be to change aircraft on existing AOC? (I mean EASA countries)
Lets say for example I have an AOC with Cessna 421 and later want to change it to King Air 200? Is it a long process,,

Appreciate your comments,,
thanks

90 days provided you have the manuals written well and have a training plan in place for the crew.

I guess it depends which CAA and how good a relationship you have with them. We added an aircraft once in 2 weeks. But they were aware of the timepress and willing to help.

btw you don’t change the AOC. You add the B200 first and remove the C421 later. Makes it less complex
