Viasat in-flight internet. Good/bad?

Does anyone here use Viasats services for in-flight internet?

Install process?
Cost for hardware?
Monthly cost? Flat rate or does it fluctuate with usage?

Aircraft operates 95% of the time in the USA/Hawaii makes a trip once a year to Europe.

We are speaking with them directly but I wanted to hear what real users think about the product/service vs the sales guy pitch.
Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Have you gotten any feedback on Viasat or did you go with the installation? We are considering it and I'm looking for actual performance numbers.

Thanks.
