FAA to EASA ATPL

So many different bits of advice and no simple answer yet about the quickest way of getting these 14 exams done. Bristol Ground school seems the favourite option but have also heard to go to Poland! Any advice or recommendations of the best way to get through these and hold down a job? Also the 'clear as mud' NCC reg that may need and EASA licence to fly a foreign reg plane in UK if operator is based in the UK? Anyone know the facts rather than the rumours?

Thank you.
