Pros and cons. Biggin Hill v Farnborough

I would appreciate comments about operating a GLEX out of both airports. I'm pretty familiar with Farnborough but its along time since I have used Biggin. So looking at fees, ease of airfield ops, handling, maintenance, Pax facilties, customs etc

Any truth in the rumour of a runway extension?

Anyone using Bombardier there for mtx?

I don't normally post but just read and take in the views and information that others have to give but as a pilot the stories that I am hearing coming out of the Bombardier Service Centre at Biggin Hill chill me to the bone.

We will continue to use Farnborough Airport and the onsite TAG engineering until the Bombardier Service Centre has had time to mature and not be under so much pressure.

Our crew and company really though an OEM would have so much more to loose than a standard MRO and so thought these stories can't be true however I have heard too much now from different sources for there to no smoke without fire.
