METAR/runway condition

Can anyone help decode the red bit of the METAR below, ideally with a source guide? It's runway condition/braking...but what about it?

Try downloading a SNOWTAM APP for your phone, they save a lot of headache from checking the Jeppesen MET section, although i would hazard a guess that the first "/" isnt part of the MOTNE.
