Two words-field performance. Which at lighter weights, read: shorter flights, is worse than the 45, especially on wet runways.

I agree with GF, however as of yesterday you could pick up a Lear 75 for around USD$8m.
Cessna were giving the XLS+ away recently for under USD$10m. Its a buyers market.

I think the XLS is a better all-rounder personally, however I'm sure the Lear is a good aeroplane too. Its a case of what meets your mission profile, and what you can negotiate in the purchase.

Beats the broomstick I guess ;-D
