I do not know but they will probably be explained in your PPS notes but you should just call or email Air Support, they are good guys and I am sure will give you an answer straight away.

There is not a fixed distance between the points, neither a fixed amount of points between the dots.
The chart is generated on CrewBriefing.com and there is a minimum of 12 points available to be displayed, and maximum of 16 points.
CrewBriefing will just use the rule of min/max 12-16 points along the route and combine this with the total route distance, and from this find the required distance needed between each point to get even spread between the points.
From this it will just select the point which comes closest to the point.
If the route contains of very long segments with DCT, CrewBriefing will then generate "Virtual" point like "77Nm to CYUL"

thank's for help , it makes sense now , however it's not so important for crew , just an visual info how the route looks like when divided for 3 equal sectors .
