PVT flight in/out France
Hello everyone,
we are planning a flight to smaller VFR apt in France from state in Schengen area. Rumours says, that we need a stop for passport check on bigger intl airport with customs control. We are under PVT ops. From my point of view we should be good to go, as mentioned NOTAM is adressed to "airline carriers". Am I right?
Been recently in LFTZ and no customs required from their side. But nobody on VFR fields confirm this.

FLIGHT TO METROPOLITAN FRANCE, COMING FROM INSIDE/OUTSIDE SCHENGEN
AREA DURING THE FLW PERIOD : 2016, FM 27TH FEB TO 27TH MARCH.
FAILURE TO COMPLY COULD LEAD TO PAY A MAXIMUM 5000 EUROS
FINE PER PASSENGER IN ADDITION TO PAYMENT OF THE COSTS OF REMOVAL OF

Guess you have to go worst case then. I'm assuming you've tried Nice?

I've tried Avignon, Grenoble, Lyon, Chambery, Annecy, Dijon, La Mole. But need to go to Courchevel... Direct...
On some places no customs required. On some passport control. On the others gendec in advance.

For the time being outcome is, that 2 of above mentioned airports does not require passport control, 1 require gendec only and rest of them customs. Better to cross borders by car... :-\
