elite's M.O. is to "trick" crews to work never ending shifts, then you get one way ticket home, empty handed....

That mechanic guy is doing the impossible to take all the money from the crews.... even planting some nasty evidence onboard for other crews to find then he lays her off and pockets her hard earned money......the airplane is now with pasa, how worse can it get????
