LVTO - MEL-able items...
can you think of any MELable items that might be required for a low visibility take off (400-150mtrs) ? I cant find any, but...

localiser...if your OM-A specifies it for lvto, for the rest everything is outside, so anything required for a normal flight is either operational or MEL'ed .
