Airport FBO Search!

I was interested to see where you guys search for FBO's at specific airports you use?


Do you look at ACUKWIK, AVINODE etc, I'm after the most commonly used directory within the biz jet industry?

FBO Sources

Some Examples:

AC-U-KWIK:
- Worldwide
- Smartphone App Expensive but useful

USA Sources:
- Fltplan.com
- Airnav.com
Both with smartphone apps

Handbook of Business Aviation Useful for:
Europe, Mid East, Russia, Africa, South America

All the above. Plus word of mouth and good old Google.

They each have their issues; AC-u-KWIK doesn't have email addresses and it's pot luck whether the handler you pick 'of the 4 listed' actually has the best (if any) VIP facilities vs being a airline handler disinterested in pesky bizjets.

Handbook seems to be out of date, and other sources often incomplete for anywhere exotic.

We use a combination of the above, plus google, contacting more than one sometimes and seeing who is keen for the business and sounds half intelligent.

Airport Data is excellent, but costs..... airportdata.aero | airport and handling details for passenger and cargo airlines
