Domino's Pizza Franchisee down in Texas

Anyone have any information on this fatal crash? The guy was a friend of a friend, and last week while on a questionable approach with my friend, he declared a missed at the outer marker and they went to the alternate. It seems he may have been a little more aggressive flying solo...

Couple more links in ASN post ASN Aircraft accident 04-FEB-2015 Cessna 441 Conquest II N441TG

Wow - ur friend worked his way from Pizza Delivery driver to owner of 94 Dominoes Franchises.

Aircraft looks like either a landing attempt of hit the ground in slow level configuration - no emergency calls - new to the airplane - fuel issues? Fairly complex aircraft if he just transitioned into it.

Sorry for the loss of your friend.

Just looking at FAA register - aircraft was transferred to new owner
on January 13 2015.

Just listening to other news reports - visibility was pretty much zero - aircraft went down about 10 miles from destination airport, and barely cleared some houses and buildings - seems flew it into the ground in near level flight?

Very strange.
The above Fox video clearly shows a complete but broken aircraft. My thoughts were that it had no signs of fire so maybe no fuel.
The report in the second post says aircraft was consumed by fire, which it clearly wasn't.

One of those crashes that appears to have been survivable at first glance. I have read some reports of fatalities that were mind boggling, one where a mooney pilot touched down in IMC in the mountains and the harness and yawing motion let him contact the compass. The plane was more intact than this one.
Sorry for your loss.
EDIT: I looked at the video this time. The damage was far more extensive from above and my statement above was not correct.
