Question SP certified light jet training and mentoring

Dear pilots and aviators,

I have a question about type rating and mentoring of light jets for single pilot operation. (EASA)
1. Completed all requirements (total time, PIC time, ME/IR, HPA or ATPL theory) can I join for a VLJ Single pilot type rating (C525/E500/RA390) for private use or first need to make SIC course?
2. If I have passed the SP Type rating, then EASA require to fly 25/50 hours (depend on your experince) with mentor pilot who could be a CRI. In this case who can be a mentor pilot. A CRI who is rated for the actual plane or a CRI who is rated for any jet plane or ...?
3. EASA requirement for determine SOE time is ME rating + IR rating, min 1000 hours. These 1000 hours are Total time or PIC time?

Thank you for replay in advance.
