Twinjet AOC Suspended?
Hi all
scramble and another forum reporting TWJ suspends it's AOC and NMAK stored at BHX.
Aldo noted on twitter a denial but communications via a non TWJ email address.
Hope this is not the case, staff at TWJ are a good bunch.

Aviator03,
re-read your last post maybe?
I merely looked on the CAA (UK) website, they were not there...agree, didn't necessarily mean at the time they had gone into liquidation, just posted what I had found, in relation to your earlier post.
Sad news indeed though....

First.officer,
Yes and I agree with the fact that they may no longer be listed as an AOC holder on the CAA website. However, as someone 'in the know' with the company and their staff I find it funny how people are assuming they've gone into liquidation when they have zero factual statements to back it up.

Aviator03,
I happen to know that 390cruise also has equally reliable information. The post made in respect of the situation at Twinjet wasn't made lightly by him I am absolutely certain, and equally sure, that like him, we all are extremely saddened by the possible demise of another respected operator, and the effect it will have on all staff there.
Given that there is also a Gazette entry in relation to the matter (issued 08 September 2014), and as detailed by Flyme2mars, it would appear you have information to the contrary......would be superb if the previous posters have possibly got things wrong, but a little unlikely wouldn't you agree?. All information available seems to point in the direction of liquidation.

I had a drive around their HQ yesterday. Car park all but empty. Ground floor blinds all closed but someone was working on the first floor.
There are several parts to Twinjet from Sales and Charter to Consultancy and Management. Has the whole lot gone as their website is still up and running?

Sadly it is true for one company but not unusual when one of the owners of a very large aircraft fails to keep paying their on going costs and income from charter is insufficient to cover expenditure. I am sure that there will be consolidation and back to their core business of aircraft and charter brokerage.
