FAA SIC Type Rating
Hi,
Do you know what could be the price ratio between a full type rating and a SIC type rating under the FAA regulation?
As a reminder, FAA allow a "lighter" type rating for copilots (Part 61.55).
Thanks

Under FAR61.55, you have a great deal of latitude in the training involved. You need to "become familiar" with the aircraft AND do 3 take-off and landings.
A management person (such as the chief pilot) can sign it all off, no need to go to FSI.
Best of luck!
