Tech-stops en-route from UAE to CE AFR

Morning gents,

We will need at least 2 of those above, probably one of them an overnight. Can anyone advise on where and where not to go?

Are Yemen, Djibouti and Eritrea big NO-NOs?

Jet A1 required and a place were to file the FPL...and perhaps a quick visit to the loo!

Djbouti is ok for a stop over. Nairobi is ok for overnight.

I can second that. Been a while since I over nighted on a regular basis in Nairobi. If you're in a lightish aircraft, consider Nairobi Wilson. Just don't walk around at night. Not called Nirobery for nothing. Same can really be applied to any town on that continent i Guess..
