London Executive Aviation - Legacy Pilots
Just wondering if anyone had any information on LEA and their Legacy fleet in terms of Quality of Life, Pay etc? Are you away from base for the full 6 days on, or can you expect to be in your own bed on a regular basis? From the outside they seem like a very well run, friendly and reliable operation.

I worked there and thought they were a great bunch. Very fair, good standards, reasonable pay.
I don't know if you have corporate experience, but in case you don't, in the corporate world the key is flexibility- if your not prepared to be flexible it will not work aand you and your employer will both be unhappy!
You can be at home in your bed often, but can not reasonably expect it to work like that all the time. Sometime you might need to be in, say, the ME for ten days. Then you get a run of day trips, or even a week of no flying.
It's never boring and routine. A million miles away from the short haul airlines I used to work for.
