Hangar 8 - Air Charter Service
Reverse takeover apparently! Looks like the 2 companies will come together soon, no link to the story but if you google search you will see. Never saw those two pairing up! Anyone an idea what affect this will have for charter operators and brokers.

I would of thought commercial suicide here, operators and brokers in bed never end in great sex!!!

StockMarketWire.com - Trading in Hangar 8's shares has been suspended on AIM after it confirmed advanced talks on a reverse takeover of Air Charter Service Group, a privately owned air charter business.
Non-executive chairman Nigel Payne said: "We are very excited about the prospect of putting Hangar 8 and ACS together to strengthen our combined offering to the aviation industry. I believe that the combination of the two businesses provides for a compelling proposition for all of the stakeholders of both businesses."
At 3:15pm: (LON:HGR8) Hangar8 share price was 0p at 252.5p
