AOC consultants and Ops Manual authors

I'm looking at setting up an AOC operation and I am interested if anyone knows any good consultants to help with the process?

I need someone to write the Ops Manual and smooth us though the maze.

Location not a problem - anywhere in the uk will do.

Thanks

Crab fat,
be very careful...at least here in Germany there are many wannabees around in this business, you could end up buying crap for a fortune.
If you choose someone, check very carefully with the companies they already brought to a full AOC Status, DONīT use a new one !
This comes from bitter disappointment.
After all, it should not be to hard to do it yourself, have a chat with the authorities, at least in our case they were very helpful...
īgreetings

You need to be looking for an ex CAA Flight Ops inspector to do the job ideally....there is alot about working as consultants.

Viking 9 - you are no-way up to the task - know alot about SOP's as an Ops controller do you ??!!!

Crab Fat,

Don't go Danish on this one. The SLV are impossible to deal with.

Flexjet RIP....................!

Easy Victor: The Danish SLV had nothing to do with shutting Flexjets flightops down. One of the reasons that Bombardier selected Denmark in the first place whas that SLV are fairly easy to deal with.

yep,
Execujet are still running strong.. Flexjet shot themselves in the foot with silly mismanagment and not taking advice from anybody about doing business in Europe. Nothing to do with the SLV..

Unhappy

Gentlemen,

there is absolutely no need to get this childish on this forum.

It seems to me that whenever somebody is up to the challenge of getting started with his AOC then he is up to the challenge to pick his partners/contractors in a intelligent manner as well.

If Crab Fat prooves me wrong then his operation will be a no go anyway

I myself have written an Ops Manual in the past and it is really not that difficult. Just be prepared to work more than 24 boring hours a day at your desk, writing absolutely non-relevant items for the the authorities, that's all folks

It refers to anybody that feels referred to

Look, why don't we behave like the professionals we're supposed to be? Keep the bitching in the kitchen and show some professionalism here on the forum. I am sure it will make life a lot easier
