Trabzon, TR

Would anyone care to share any operational experience with operations in to Trabzon? ATC, procedures or handling comments would be great!

Went there a couple of years ago so I may be out of date. No problems experienced with ATC, straight forward approach and handling was ok. Only thing that springs to mind was cash only.

Easy airport in terms of ground support and it's not cash only.

We use them for a fuel stop quite regularly and never had any problems there. Celibi have always looked after our handling requirements there and if you can provide them with a copy of your fuel release ahead of time the bowser is generally waiting for you on arrival for a fast turn around.
We are invoiced for everything, so no cash required there (at least not since 2010 when I started operating through there).
ATC are no different to many other Turkish airports, although we have found there is a greater chance of procedural approaches than at some other places.
Enjoy......

We are using them to go to the middle east, for refuelling. Always had quick turn arounds there. We are very happy with them.
