ETS emission plans
Hi all,
Looking to get some information regarding the ETS program??
We are a newly AOC'd company with a citation and a hawker.
What do we need to do, who to get in touch with? All I know is that I need to report to Cyprus?!?
Many thanks, imri

Just a moment! --I've just re-read your original post and realised you are AOC.
As such you should be exempt from EU-ETS as per;
"Flights performed by a commercial (AOC holder) air transport operator who falls below the de minimis rule (less than 243 EU legs for three consecutive 4month periods or 25,000+ tonnes/Co2 annually"
Send a e-mail communication to your assigned Member State with a copy of your valid Air Operator Certificate (AOC). In this letter, state the number of operations to, from, or within EU Aerodromes in the previous year to qualify under the de minimis rule (less than 243 EU legs for 3 consecutive 4 month periods or 10000+ tonnes/CO2 annually).
If you are exceeding these limits business must be good!
If you did any flights before you got the AOC then you would have to do the reporting.
