Agricultural aircraft into busy airport
This question may sound stupid...but I was wondering if normal utility aircraft, personal piston aircraft, agricultural aircraft are allowed in busy airports or do they have to submit a pre-planned flight operation days before they fly into the airport. I guess flying into bakersfield is not same as flying into busy airports.
