Bizjet quantities
Dear all,
Is there a list of the actual flying bizjets around somewhere?
How would I best find the amount of flying GLEX, CLs, or Gulfs to compare these numbers?

Depending on whether you include BBJ's and other airliner based aircraft 18-19000 private aircraft. With about 450+ Globals built and 350+ Gulf G550's.
Best is probably to check the production lists to see how far they've got:
(That's all enthusiast data, as the manufacturers don't publish offical records)

Depends what you are looking for, a professional service like JetNet monitor as much info as available on every active corporate jet. Included in the info is the actual owners of each aircraft, along with whichever trust, LLC, etc., the registries list. They also monitor financial data, liens, leases, purchase, sub-lease agreements etc., for every jet. JETNET - Business Aircraft Market Research at JETNET - Jets, Helicopters, Pistons, Turboprops
As for a knowledgeable person on the topic, for a specific question I find Jeremy Cox at AvBuyer one of the top bizjet guys ever. If he can't answer your question, possibly no one can!! They also monitor the world fleet of bizjets and can tell you how many jets are actually active.

airlinerlist and LAAS are both excellent - especially for newly registered jets, many, many jets listed however (especially the older US registered) are long scrapped but remain on both lists. The new FAA rules should change that over the next 2 years.
LAAS ties up construction numbers, where airlinerlist attempts to list the known owner or operator as well as c/n.
PS; I believe avbuyer publishes a current list of active jets, should be on their website somewhere, if I come across it, I'll post it.

Use www.rzjets.net you can search all aircraft types and tells you how many in service and their operators
