Torgoen t7 flight computer watch getting started

Slightly embarrassing question as just purchased one over the weekend from Transair and how do I get this lovely watch started as the instruction booklet covers all Torgeon models and with the page on T7 flight computer watch an who do I get to started?

I tried pulling out the middle button and pushing it in and no joy. Pretty sure this is quartz and then pushing it back into place and nothing's moving .

Please can anyone advise

Cheers

wild guess

Never used a T7, but on dive computer watches often the battery is insulated from contacts for transit and sale - to ensure the battery is fully charged for the owner.

Often there is a piece of plastic between the battery and the contact which you have to remove before use. Might be worth checking?
