Falcon 900 EASy Current FL Rates & Salary Package Ques.

Hi There,
would someone be kind enough to shed some light on the current FO/Capt Freelance rates & Basic Salary + Per Diems Package for operating a Falcon 900 EASy or similar a/c.
Reason I ask is because our contract is up for review & I would like to know if we are on the right track.
Cheers

Exclamation

450 views & no reply
We(Pilots) are constantly going on about fellow pilots eroding our T&C's and selling themselves cheap, however nobody bothers to answer a question which was asked to make sure that I am not accepting anything below the current market value & thus maintain a certain level ......Rant over

Nice rant Skylog. Not inflammatory enough IMHO, but it's a start.

Perhaps you should edit the title to include the words "Sky Ferry", then you're bound to get about a million views.

On a serious note, ProPilot 2011 stated that the average Falcon 900 Captain was paid $127,000 in the US. Average FO was 87,000. AvCrew said $120,000 and 80,000.

No less than €9000 / month + €90 a day and a 15 days on / 15 days off schedule if its a good gig. If its a bad gig ( Austrian or German ) you would get €7000 and 20/10...if you're "lucky"!

Apologies for being a bit "off thread" but, just out of curiosity, would you expect an ACJ guy to get the same as , say a Global guy?
Thanks Stig.

As a general "rule" no. GLEX guys get more than ACJ pilots in Europe.

As in 'real life', our freelance rates are very much subject to the principle of demand and supply.

Right now a Dassault driver (left seat, that is) may expect 800-850 € / day plus 90 € per diems. We're talking about the usual 2000 or 900 series (classic and EASy). Rates for the 7X used to be significantly higher in the past, but recently I had the impression that there is an 'oversupply' of 7X-qualified pilots...

Monthly rates for longterm commitments are different, but Captainprop is pointing in the right direction.

The GLEX guys and gals are in high demand these days, thus their rates are going through the roof. Airbus people, on the other hand, are everywhere to be found.

Not really. Yes you "need" corporate experience but makes no real difference. My experience anyway.....
