CL604/5 Salary?
Hi Guys and Galls
In the very early stages of renegotiating salaries, cl604.
Was wondering if anyone had ballpark figures for capts and fo's. Wanted to know if I should ask for a pay rise, or keep my mouth shut!
It's a full time position based in uk.
Thanks in advance!

@ Selcall - How is that salary package set up with relatively big difference between busy / slow month? We make pretty much the same whatever we do on duty - sitting at home on duty not flying, being sick off work or flying a lot (never happens). Only difference would be €90 Per Diem, in other words max variation is +- €1500.

You should see out convoluted pay system based on credit time, block time and night time. The more you work the more you earn, we can actually start earning overtime without ever leaving home!
Quite fun when it gets busy

Possible negotiation method
Hi Oldschoolflyer
One way you could get a pay rise involves a rather crafty method but only works if your employer operates more than one aircraft type.
Say, for instance, they also employ (as an example) Airbus pilots.
Well, what you do is campaign tirelessly for those (hypothetical) Airbus pilots to receive a pay rise, and then hope you are granted the same percentage increase.
Worth trying!!
