Challenger Pay Rates in Saudi

I'm in discussion with a private owner/operator of a 604 to be based in Riyad. We're now at the stage where pay rates and benefits are getting tied down.

At this stage the planning is for 21 days on and 10 off, operating to a variety of destinations. Transport, accomodation and utilities are provided and paid for by owner.

What is the current going rate for captains and f/o's on that class of aircraft in that part of the world, and also the average per diem?

Thank you in advance for any constructive inputs.

In 2009 I was getting $10k USD a month for a Falcon 2000 co-captain position, plus car and housing in the Kingdom compound, if that helps. Is the job thru "Mr. Z"?
