New Air Charter Question

Is it possible to operate Air Charter in the UK under FAA approvals? Be a broker on behalf of an American company utilising N Reg Jets?

May I guess: you are a fATPL who cannot find a job and thinks there is money in charter and sees it as a way to build hours without all those stupid JAA rules?

Don't worry, you are in good company, there have been a lot of very wealthy people who had the same ideas and lost a lot of money by thinking this

No problem there, as long as you obey the rules, don't think you will get much business though. As far as the rest of it is concerned, ridiculous.
