AL JABER AVIATION FA

Hi guys,

I have been contacted by AJA for a FA job interview. All I can find are negative comments about them on here. Would anyone like to shed some more light? Is it worth it??

Would appreciate your advice!!

Thanks

Just remember that Pprune is not quite the place that where happy flight crew hang out

You hardly ever find anyone complimenting their own company on here...its more a place for people to bring their gripes and rants.

Have a look at how big the Emirates and Etihad threads are - you think thats full of fluffy bunnies and rainbows? Negative....

In fact, I challenge you to find me a thread on this site that is about the positives of working for a company???

Finding a really good company is hard these days. If you need to put bread on the table, go in there with open eyes, but don't just believe blindly what is written on here. While there might be truths, in many cases, your experience of a company will be determined by how you are able to adapt and deal with the circumstances you find yourself in.

If there is nothing better on the table, take the job, and if they end up selling their aircraft, then move on. Most places I have ever worked for were always selling their aircraft...if they could fetch the right price.

A job is a job IF you get paid.....

Al Jaber Aviation, want you to work, without getting paid....
Any duty under a certain amount of hours is not getting paid.....

Work without payment is Charity, i don't know about you, but i can think of a few more charitable organizations than a multi million $ privat jet company.

Employees hardly stays longer than a year, too much of dirty politics.
