Inflight Internet Options for Business Jets

I fly a Phenom 100 equipped with wifi, but the connection is very slow - only about 2k per second. It takes forever to send an email, and if it has any attachment, forget it. Does anyone know if there are any systems out there offering a faster connection? What are you guys using for inflight internet? Thanks.

Aircell Axxess, ATG4000 box. Service is branded as GoGo and is quite fast, but works US domestic only. I would figure $125k installed in the Phenom.
