Jet Alliance OE-HAK in UMMM
Heared that Jet Alliance Citation X, OE-HAK is chained in Minsk due to "faked" papers. The authorities in Minsk waited some time for this particular aircraft to arrive here. Yesterday out of a sudden the aircraft landed there with 3 Pax on board and the authorities reacted. Somebody knows more?

Belarus in the news again!
Jetalliance Cessna 750 Citation X OE-HAK
This aircraft was detained by authorities (20.10.2011) as it was carrying someone wanted for alleged money laundering. He (falsely) claimed the jet was his and it was detained. Evidence of ownership (Jetalliance) was provided to the Belarus courts, however all in vain and it remained seized.
Insurers paid for the wrongful seizure of the aircraft and it has remained grounded to this day in Belarus - and will probably never fly again.
Are we to be surprised by the forced landing of the Ryanair flight yesterday...?
