Catering boxes

Any ideas on how to keep the catering presentable ie storage ideas.

At present use the standard airline boxe but they are not very acceptable in the cabin of a CJ etc !!

I've seen a few operators that have a leather 'bag' orientated in such a way that the door of the box is accessible with the box inside the bag.

I've never seen them advertised and assume that some interior company had knocked them together.

Atlas Boxes

Not sure if he'd be able to supply them, but there could be a very good chance that Matt Delamere at Eye Level could advise, assist or supply.
Would highly recommend him ! [email protected]

Storing Catering

Lom,

I once bought a hanging shelf unit meant for bedroom wardrobes, from a well known Scandinavian furniture warehouse outlet and hung it on the coat rail. This swung gently with the movement and kept the trays in perfect condition, I got the idea from Japanese sushi delivery motorbikes, but the owner did not like it so I had to remove it.

We used to have a brown cooling-bag (sp?) on the door-facing seat and heap up the trays inside. Looked presentable enough.
