Looks pretty limited to me, you can only use it from the US, UK or Canada.
Skype on an iPhone or an Android phone, piggybacking off a wi-fi signal and using their subscription services (free calls to landlines in 41 countries, reduced rates to mobiles, plus a "Skype In" number from the country and town of your choice) would, in this day and age, probably be more useful.
