Sennheiser Headsets
Hi Guys
I'm working in GA as a Flight Instructor and am in need of a new headset. Just looking at a few models and I'm interested in a couple of the Sennheiser Headsets, in particular the HME 95 and the HMEC 250 models. They look comfortable, reliable and are also affordable.
Would anyone on here have any experience with these headsets? And if so could you let me know what they are actually like (Good and Bad).
Would like to make a more informed decision before spending the cash
Thanks

I have the Hmec 250 and am perfectly happy with. Very light and comfortable and folds into a very small neat little flat carry case. Noise reduction isnt too bad either. Not quite as good as the Bose-x or lightspeed but its a good alternative for half the price

We have the 250s on our aircraft. I dont think they're too bad for the price and the sound quality is pretty good, but they aren't that robust. We have had some problems with the connection in the microphone going after 2-3 years
