Bizjet market

I hear it is really picking up again. Some European corporate pilots told me they are as busy as hell. Getting more and more work!!:

Are we due an over the top recruitment drive?

The pilots I spoke to were grumbling about the fact they are flying longer than their actual rotations (getting paid for it of course.. £500 a day extra) but saying that even though the work is back, the bosses cannot justify type rating more guys yet.

Basically sounds like the pilots are getting fed up. however not fed up enough to tell the boss what they think about being over worked... wish I was stuck in that position.

I can certainly say the latter end of 2010 was certainly an improvement in the Bizjet sales market and hope things continue that way into 2011.

Whilst we found enquiries for Turboprops such as the King Air was down and enquiries in the older jets around such as older Citation II's just about non existant we are certainly seeing enquiries on newer machines in the market place.

Things are certainly moving including a recent new delivery of a shiny new King Air C90 into the UK.

Happy new year to all and heres to a better 2011 for everyone on here !
