you mean some crew downsizing ?- no wonder - Blink did the same in 2010... I think...Or is it worse than that ?

Generally low salary, both Capts and F/Os.
Plus (unless things have changed a lot) at least F/Os are expected to pay for their TR on the Mustang.

No seats for FO at the moment, they need Captains. Low salary, few flights for the winter and not many flight hours.
